Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ronak Lady Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only. We do not accept returns for refunds.

If you receive a product with a size issue, manufacturing defect, or a wrong item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or used.

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it. If the product passes the inspection, your exchange will be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for sending the product back to Ronak Lady Fashion.

  • The return courier/shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • We do not provide free return pickup unless otherwise agreed.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping the tracking details until the exchange process is complete.

Inspection Process

After receiving your returned product:

  1. Our team will inspect the product.
  2. If the product meets our exchange policy, we will dispatch the replacement product.
  3. If the product is found to be used, washed, damaged, or without original tags, the exchange request may be rejected, and the product will be returned to you.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or order cancellations once an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
  • The order is cancelled by Ronak Lady Fashion.
  • Any situation where a refund is required under applicable law.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Products requested for exchange after the allowed exchange period
